JEI Games

Last Updated: 12 June 2026

1. Introduction

Welcome to JEI Systems Design Games (the “Game”), developed and published by JEI Systems Design (“we”, “us”, or “our”). We are committed to protecting your privacy and the privacy of anyone who plays our Game, including children.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and what choices you have. By downloading or playing the Game, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the Game.

2. Who This Policy Covers

This Privacy Policy applies to all players of the Game, regardless of age. The Game is designed to be suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (or under the applicable age of digital consent in your country) beyond what is strictly necessary to provide the Game’s core functionality.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information to us without your consent, please contact us immediately at jikpas0@gmail.com and we will take steps to delete that information.

3. Information We Collect

3.1 Information Collected Automatically

When you play the Game, certain information is collected automatically by the Game and by third-party services we use. This may include:

  • Device identifiers (such as advertising ID or device ID)

  • Device type, model, and operating system version

  • Approximate geographic location (country or region level, derived from IP address)

  • Gameplay data such as scores, levels reached, and session duration

  • App version and crash/error logs

  • Interaction with advertisements (views, clicks)

3.2 Information You Provide

The Game does not currently require you to create an account or provide any personal information such as your name, email address, or date of birth to play. If you contact us for support, we may collect your email address and the contents of your message.

3.3 Information We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect:

  • Your full name or home address

  • Payment card or financial information (the Game is free to play)

  • Precise GPS location

  • Photos, contacts, or files from your device

  • Microphone or camera data

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected for the following purposes:

  • To operate and improve the Game and fix bugs

  • To display advertisements within the Game

  • To measure and analyse the performance of advertisements

  • To respond to support requests

  • To comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your information for purposes incompatible with those listed above.

5. Advertising

The Game is free to play and is supported by advertising. We use Google AdMob (“AdMob”), a third-party advertising service provided by Google LLC, to display banner and interstitial advertisements within the Game.

5.1 How AdMob Works

AdMob may collect and use certain information to serve you relevant advertisements, including:

  • Your device’s advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, GAID on Android)

  • IP address (used to derive approximate location)

  • Information about your interaction with ads (impressions, clicks)

  • Device information (model, OS version)

5.2 Children and Advertising

Because the Game is suitable for all ages, including children under 13, we configure AdMob to serve only non-personalised, contextual advertisements. We do not enable interest-based or behavioural advertising targeting. We set the ‘child-directed treatment’ flag in our AdMob configuration to ensure compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar laws.

5.3 Opting Out of Ad Personalisation

Even though we serve non-personalised ads, you can further manage your ad preferences at any time by visiting: https://adssettings.google.com. On mobile devices, you can also reset or opt out of your advertising ID in your device settings.

For more information about how Google uses information from AdMob, please see Google’s Privacy Policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy.

6. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share information in the following limited circumstances:

6.1 Service Providers

We share information with Google LLC solely for the purpose of serving advertisements via AdMob, as described in Section 5. Google acts as a data processor on our behalf for this purpose.

6.2 Legal Requirements

We may disclose information if required to do so by law, court order, or governmental authority, or if we believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of us, our users, or the public.

6.3 Business Transfers

If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via a notice in the Game or on our website if this occurs.

7. Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, or as required by law. Advertising data collected by AdMob is subject to Google’s own retention policies.

High score and gameplay data stored locally on your device remains until you uninstall the Game or clear the app’s data.

8. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information from unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. All data transmitted between the Game and third-party services (including AdMob) is encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS/SSL encryption.

However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

9.1 General Rights

  • Right to access the personal information we hold about you

  • Right to request correction of inaccurate information

  • Right to request deletion of your information (‘right to be forgotten’)

  • Right to object to or restrict certain processing

  • Right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent

9.2 California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete it, the right to opt out of its sale (we do not sell personal information), and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

9.3 EEA, UK and Swiss Residents (GDPR / UK GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, your personal information is processed on the legal bases of legitimate interests (to operate and improve the Game) and, where applicable, your consent. You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at: [YOUR CONTACT EMAIL]. We will respond within 30 days.

10. Third-Party Services and Links

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. When we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this document.

We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically. Your continued use of the Game after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.

For material changes affecting how we use children’s data, we will take additional steps to notify users (such as a notice within the Game).
